1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apollo Network website and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Apollo Network operates an enterprise leads marketplace that allows registered users to browse, purchase, and manage business leads across various service categories. Leads are available for purchase via credits or direct payment.

3. Account Registration

To purchase leads, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits may be purchased through the platform and used to acquire leads. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased unless otherwise stated. Prices for leads and credit packs are subject to change at our discretion. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

5. Lead Quality and Disputes

We strive to provide high-quality, verified leads. Each lead is assigned a quality tier based on our scoring system. If you believe a lead is invalid or does not meet the described quality, you may submit a dispute through your dashboard. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions may include credit refunds at our discretion.

6. Exclusive and Shared Leads

Leads are available in exclusive and shared options. Exclusive leads are sold to one buyer only. Shared leads may be sold to multiple buyers. The pricing reflects the exclusivity of the lead. Once a lead is purchased, the sale is final subject to our dispute policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased lead information with third parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Apollo Network platform are owned by or licensed to Apollo Network. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Apollo Network in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a successful business transaction.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unused credits may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
